Pizza Recipe: Pepperoni Pizza Mukbang and Recipe
Today is the first episode of MUKBANG + RECIPE. This is where I show you how easy it is to maintain a Ketogenic diet by remaking my junk food favourites into low carb staples!
1 1/2 Cup of Mozzarella cheese (you can play around with using different cheeses)
1 block of Laughing Cow Cheese (I used Swiss flavour)
Seasonings of choice (I used Garlic Powder, Oregano, and Salt)
1 Tablespoon of Butter
2 Large Eggs
1/3 cup of Coconut Flour
Combined everything but the eggs and coconut flour in a bowl and heat up in 30-second increments. (could take up to 90 seconds). Stir ingredients until combined.
In a separate bowl beat the eggs (this allows you to easily combined with the cheese mixture.)
Add eggs to the cheese mixture and stir fast until combined.
Slowly add in coconut flour a couple of tablespoons at a time.
Form crust to the desired shape and poke holes (this will help the puffing up of the crust when baking.
Bake in 425 F oven for 5-6 minutes
Add toppings of choice and place back into the oven for another 4-8 minutes (depending on how thick your crust is and how many toppings you added)
