So we thought we’d try something different this afternoon & start a simple stoner snack series!

– 16oz Elbow Macaroni
– 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar & Parmesan Cheese
– 1/4 Cup of Butter
– 3 Cups of Milk
– 2 1/2 TBSP All Purpose Flour
– 1/2 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
– 16oz Pizza Dough
– 6-8oz Marinara

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
2. Boil water in medium pan.
3. Add pinch of salt to water.
4. Once boiling, Add pasta (Cook according to package)
5. Make sure pasta is cooked Al Dente (Slightly firm to bite)
6. While pasta boils, roll out pizza dough on sheet pan w/ flour.
7. Roll crust on edges and drizzle with olive oil for crisp.
8. Spread marinara on pizza, top w/ parmesan cheese
9. Place pizza in oven for 10 minutes.
10. Preheat medium size saucepan
11. Add butter to pan, fully melt.
12. Once melted, Add the flour, then Stir or Whisk. Cook for 1 min.
13. Add Milk while stirring, Cook for 1-2 mins.
14. Slowly add shredded cheese to sauce while stirring, let thicken.
15. After sufficiently thickened, remove from heat and stir. Let sit.
16. Strain the cooked pasta.
17. Combine pasta with created sauce, mix.
18. Remove slightly cooked pizza from oven, top w/ the mac.
19. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
20. Place Mac & Pizza back in oven for 5-10 mins (until mac is slightly browned and crust is crispy)
