KETO CHICKEN CRUST PIZZA
900g minced chicken
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup almond flour
3 tbsp low sugar or sugar-free tomato sauce
In a bowl, stir together your chicken, spices and almond flour until it’s mixed thoroughly.
Spread the chicken mixture onto a pizza pan or baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper. Make a nice large circle.
Top with your favorite toppings. I used sugar-free tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and green onions,
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
Take out and enjoy! This makes roughly 8 slices.
