2 cups of cheese ( preferably pizza blend or mozzarella)
1.5 oz of cream cheese
pizza sauce
1/4 cup green bell peppers
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup almond flour
2 large eggs

Instructions:- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
mix 2 cups cheese and cream cheese in a bowl then microwave for 90 seconds remove then stir in 1/2 cup almond flour and 2 eggs mix for a few minutes then pour on wax paper on cookie sheet. Place in oven for 12 minutes until golden brown, remove and add a thin layer of pizza sauce cheese and toppings put back in oven long enough for the cheese to melt to your liking usually about 3-4 minutes.
