How to make Crispy Bacon Pizza from Yo-Kai Watch.
2 TBL ketchup
2 TBL Worcestershire sauce
Three strips of thick-cut bacon
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pepperjack cheese, shredded
To cook bacon, place it on a small baking sheet in a cold oven. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bacon should be prepared and crispy after 10 minutes. Place bacon on a paper towel and reserve bacon drippings.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. This is tonkatsu sauce! Place pizza dough on an ovenproof surface. Brush both sides of it with bacon drippings. You can use oil if you prefer. Spread on a few spoonfuls of the Tonkatsu sauce. Top with cheese. Break cooked bacon into a few pieces and place it on top of the cheese.
Bake in a hot oven or toaster oven. Crank it as high as it goes. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until crust and cheese are golden. Allow cooling slightly before slicing and eating.
