Chicken Tandoori Pizza

How to Make Chicken Tandoori Pizza Without Oven :

For Dough:-
flour: 2 cups
salt: 2 teaspoons
extra virgin olive
oil: 1 1/2tablespoon
active dry yeast: 1packets
sugar: 1teaspoon
water: as needed

For sauce:-
tomato paste 1 cup
garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
red chilli (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
dried basil 1 teaspoon
oil 1 tablespoon

For Tandoori Chicken:-
chicken breast 2
tandoori masala 2 to 3 tablespoon
lemon juice 2 tablespoon
oil 2 -3 tablespoon
garlic chopped 1 tablespoon

For Topping:-
Adam cheese
mozzarella cheese
black olives
green chillis

Cook tandoori chicken according to video recipe.
pour 1/2 cup warm water in a bowl and sprinkle yeast and let stand for five minutes now add sugar to it
mix flour, salt, olive oil and this yeast mixture and make a dough by adding a little more water as needed.
cover it with cling film and set aside for at least one hour until the dough has doubled in size.
To prepare pizza sauce cook all the ingredients of pizza sauce together in a saucepan and cook them until you get a smooth paste.
Stuff pizza crust with Edam cheese
Spread pizza sauce on it.
Add tandoori chicken and pizza toppings (onion mushrooms green chili black olives, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese)
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200°celsius for 10 to 12 minute
