Black Olive Tapenade Pizza

Black Olive Tapenade Pizza:

Delicious, yet simple, pizza recipe. Using black olive tapenade instead of the traditional red sauce.

CRUST: 1 cup warm water (about 110 degrees)

2 1/4 tsp. yeast
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
3 – 3 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp. corn meal

TAPENADE: 1 can drained black olives

1 – 3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. olive oil
TOPPINGS: 3 sliced Roma Tomatoes
light spreading of parmesan cheese (you can
combine parmesan, asiago, and feta)
1 can drained and sliced artichokes
8 sliced basil leaves
OPTIONAL: cooked diced chicken

Bake on bottom rack at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Crust should be golden brown and crispy.
