Learn how to make Philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers that are a fun and healthy way to satisfy that hankering.

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp oil
1 lb sliced/ground/chunked beef
1 C sliced onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 ¼ tsp garlic
3 bell peppers, cut in half and deseeded
12 slices provolone cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Heat oil in pan on medium heat.
3. Add in the beef, onions, salt/pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the beef is completely browned and the onions have softened.
4. Take the meat/onion mixture off the heat.
5. Place the bell peppers halves on a baking sheet with the opening facing up.
6. Now you’ll place a slice of provolone cheese in each of the pepper halves.
7. Take the beef/onion mixture and stuff each of the peppers.
8. Top each pepper with a slice of provolone.
9. Place the peppers in the oven and bake for about 30-40 min or until the pepper is softened and the cheese is browned.
10. Plate up, serve, and enjoy!
