Pineapple Pizza

Here’s the recipe:

Crust
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast (2 packs)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm water (100-110 degrees)
1 tablespoon oil

Toppings
1/2 fresh pineapple thin sliced and caramelized
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup golden raisins, softened
6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

Final topping
2 heaping tablespoons self-rising flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons coconut oil
mix and refrigerate to form pea size crumbs
Bake at 425 degrees, one rack up from middle of oven for 20-25 minutes
