Making Fabulous Pizza Dough Using Only 2 Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour & 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
(Makes 12-inch pizza)
3 cups Self-Rising Flour & 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
(Makes 16-inch pizza)
Mix together like regular bread dough and let it rise for
15 minutes then roll or press it out to size.
Add pizza sauce then a layer of Mozzarella cheese
then add your toppings and another layer of cheese.
Now put on your final topping.
Bake at 450 degrees until pizza crust is golden brown
on the edges and the cheese starts to bubble and get
some color also… cool a bit and cut with a pizza cutter!
P.S. You can add 1 tsp. of sugar to the flour
if you like your dough a little sweeter!
