How to Make Pineapple Pizza Recipe:

Hey guys on today’s episode I’m going to show you how to make a Pineapple and bacon pizza which is absolutely delicious. Both recipes are separated into two videos to make it easier. Pineapple is a great source of vitamins and minerals; it strengthens bones and can help alleviate arthritis symptoms. Remember you can make this pizza either with fresh cut pineapple or canned, although I would recommend you take the fresh route and cut it yourself because it will taste better and it’s healthier. The bacon pizza also tastes great and is one of my favorites, although be careful not to consume too much bacon because it can clog your arteries. So if you like cheese, pineapple, bacon and pizzas in general, then this recipe is for you.

Ingredients

2 Cups of Flour
1 Packet of Yeast
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
1 Cup of Ragu Traditional Sauce
1 Cup of Vita Nova Tomato Basil Sauce
1 Cup of Warm Water
Gouda Cheese (Find the Best Quality)
Deli Ham (Good Quality)
Bacon
Canned Pineapple

How to

First, we will make the pizza dough take 2 cups of flour and place it in a mixing bowl. Take 1 cup of warm water and place in a different bowl. Mix the cups of warm water with 1 packet of yeast. Take your water and mix with the flour. Take ½ a teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add these to the flour mix. Prepare the dough for the pizza by using the techniques in the video. One you have the flattened pizza dough in the shape you want. Oil a pizza tray so that pizza doesn’t stick to the surface and place your pizza dough crust on it.

Finally, mix 1 cup of ragu traditional sauce with 1 cup of vita nova tomato basil sauce and add a layer of this pizza sauce mix to the pizza dough. On top of the sauce add a layer of Gouda cheese or whatever cheese you like. Next, take your other ingredients whether it’s the bacon, pineapple, or ham and cut them into smaller strips and add them to your pizza. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and leave your pizza for about 10-15 minutes.
