How to Make Italian Sausage:
Nothing beats handmade Italian Sausage. In this video, I show how I make it while my wife and kids go about daily life in the background so please excuse the additional noise.
Italian Sausage Necessities:
600g – Ground Pork Shoulder (with the fat!)
12g – Sea Salt
5g – Hand crushed/ground Fennel Seed
1 teaspoon – Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon – Finely ground Black Pepper
Have on hand: Mixing bowl, Cake Spatula, Saran Plastic Wrap
Ready to use on the pizza after 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator!
