How to make homemade pizza:

RECIPE: Pizza with Barilla Basilico sauce, spicy salami, and mushrooms
Serves 4 people l Prep. 10 min. l cooking time 10 min.

INGREDIENTS:
1 jar Barilla Basilico sauce
2 pre-cooked pizza bases
150g spicy Italian salami
200g button mushroom, cut in ¼
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
50ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
Salt
300g Mozzarella cheese for pizza, grated
10 fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp Pine nuts, toasted

METHOD:
— Pre-heat the oven to 250°C with the oven tray in.
— Cook the mushroom over high heat in a frying pan with olive oil and garlic, season.
— Spread the pizza base with Basilico sauce, topping with mushrooms, salami, and the mozzarella cheese.
— Cook on the oven tray for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the pizza is crispy.
— Finish with pine nuts and fresh basil leaves.
