How to Make Fat Head Pizza Dough :
After 4 years of Keto I finally tried Fat Head Pizza and WOW!!! It’s now a staple of our weekly menu! Here are a basic dough recipe and the how-to instructional video. Search my channel for additional Fat Head as well other pizza ideas.
1.5 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Costco brand works great)
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese (Philadelphia has the least carbs)
3/4 Cup Fine Almond Flour (I like fine more than superfine)
1 Egg or 2 Tbsp of Egg White (I prefer liquid egg whites)
Combine Cheeses and place in microwave to melt. About 1.22 minutes. Add additional 10-second increments as needed. Consistency should be gooey vs stringy.
Combine all ingredients and roll out on a silicone mat and pat to form pizza base. Cook at 400 on parchment paper lined tray. Freeze and or add toppings and cook until all ingredients are cooked and yummy!
