CHICKEN SPINACH PIZZA – Detox Friendly! | Cooking with Katiepie

Cullen and I LOVE this delicious, quick, and HEALTHY pizza recipe!! It has been great to get my pizza fix while still sticking to the Arbonne detox guidelines!! Let me know if you make it – I love to see your pics and tweets! 🙂

CHICKEN SPINACH PIZZA

INGREDIENTS*:
Rudi’s gluten free tortillas (1/person)
Spaghetti sauce gluten free
Baby spinach
1⁄2 Rotisserie chicken
Roasted red peppers (from jar, diced)
Daiya shredded “cheese” – cheddar & mozzarella
Garlic salt

*If you are not concerned about gluten and dairy free, substitute for your favorite brands of tortillas, spaghetti sauce, and cheese!

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 425. Prepare cookie sheet with coconut or olive oil spray. Place tortillas on sheet and bake 4-5 minutes to brown/crisp. Remove from oven and PER PIZZA top as follows: 2 tbsp spaghetti sauce, 1 large handful of spinach, generous portion of shredded chicken, a few roasted red peppers, and both cheeses. Sprinkle with garlic salt and bake 5-7 minutes more or until edges brown and cheese melted. ENJOY!! (It’s best to eat these as soon as possible so the tortilla doesn’t get soggy!)
