Chicken Spinach Alfredo Pizza
This Chicken Spinach Alfredo Pizza is very simple to make, and very delicious. To make your Spinach Chicken Alfredo Pizza you’ll need the following ingredients:
1 14 inch pizza crust (My next video will be on how to make a pizza crust without using yeast! Please check it out!)
1/2 cup of frozen spinach
1 cup of heavy cooking cream
1 teaspoon of salt
1 garlic clove
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 of a boneless, skinless chicken breast
5-6 ounces of sliced ball mozzarella cheese
Start by grilling your chicken breast until it’s cooked all the way through. Set that aside and begin making your sauce.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Over medium high heat add your heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to a cooking pot. Stir until well blended. Grate your garlic clove in to this mix. Reduce the heat to medium, add the spinach, stir well, and cover. Leave this for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Prepare your pizza crust and spread that over a well oiled 14 inch circular baking sheet. Evenly brush the spinach alfredo sauce over the crust. Add the shredded Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the top. Slice your chicken breast and add that to the top. Finally, slice your mushrooms and add those to the top.
Place the pizza in the middle rack of your preheated oven and cook for 15 to 16 minutes. The outside crust should just start to brown.
Serve and enjoy!
