Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Pizza Pie

What You’ll Need:
1kg cocktail sausages
250g cheddar cheese
12 eggs
50ml milk
salt and pepper
1 can baked beans
2 tablespoons ketchup
100g additional cheddar (grated)
8 rashers of cooked bacon (diced)
Dozen cherry tomatoes (halved)
How You Make It:

Grab yourself a cocktail sausage and using a straw clear a hole lengthway through the sausage.
Cut a piece of cheddar the same size as the hole you have created and stuff the cheese into the gap in the sausage.
Repeat with all your sausages.
Place your sausages up right in a spring form tin. Making sure they cover the entirety of the base of the tin. Set aside.
In a jug whisk together your eggs, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Now pour your egg mixture over the sausage in the tin, fill until the egg mixture just covers the top of the sausages.
Place tin on a baking tray and bake at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes, until the egg has just set.
In the meantime add your beans and ketchup to a blender and whizz into a smooth paste.
When the egg has set, remove from the oven and smear the top with your bean mixture, making sure it has an even centimetre thick coat.
Top your bean mix with the grated cheese, tomatoes and cooked bacon then pop under a hot grill for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the tomatoes start to colour.
Remove from the oven, slice it up and serve.
