Recipe: (For 2 Servings)
1 medium-sized head cauliflower, Stalk removed
1/3 Cup Soft Goat Cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 egg (beaten)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepares a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut cauliflower head into florets, and pulse in a food processor till fine.
