Flatbread Pizzas a great way to “shortcut” the pizza making process. I use store-bought bread (like pita or lavash) which saves a ton of time and allows me to make these pizzas in about 10 minutes.

It is also super easy to change up toppings to fit your tastes, and to be as creative as you like. For this Flatbread pizza, I use some chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, and feta cheese. Drizzle some olive oil over the top to hold it all together and bake in a 450-degree oven for 6 – 8 minute until the crust is crispy.

To top my over the top, once cooked I drape a couple thin slices of prosciutto over the top, which adds another layer of complexity and porky goodness.
